I drew this after a Chemistry test, and I was laughing the whole time, so imagine how pissed my teacher was.
I think Cesar would look amazing in spandex, but that's just my opinion.
All sexy guys look better in skin tight clothing!!

Cesar would totally be that hero that lectures villains on why their techniques are flawed and how their equipment doesn't work. He might even try to fix it. lol
